While the court appointment was very anti-climactic (which I'm happy for) I'm very happy to announce:

We now have primary custody of SS with domicile and joint legal.

BM actually did hold up her end of the bargain when SO said he didn't see why they needed to go to mediation when they were in "agreement"-which I'm not sure if BM was trying to get us into mediation under false pretenses or not but it doesn't matter now.

I'm proud of her anyway. Royal PIA or not, that wouldn't be an easy thing for anyone to do.
