I am steamed .....STUPID ex ....!!!!!!
}:) I wanna smack my ex sooooo much right now lucky for him he lives 45 min away...even though our divorce papers say our daughter lives with him she has lived with me 24/7 since divorce...and with me & DH last 4 years...Me, DH & state cover expenses..she is registered for school where I live...the last 4 years my ex has claimed her on taxes because papers say she lives with him...well this year the irs held up his taxes supposedly because of child support which I never filed against him state did..and they want to know if he was entitled tax money for our daughter age 6 the last 4 years....he called me & yelled at me....I am not his wife anymore he no longer has the right to treat me like a doormat...I told him so & he hates that I got a back bone & stand up to him now...

Umm he has no 'right' before to treat you like a doormat. But now you don't live with him and he can 'feel the pain'.
I hope he gets his taxes witheld for lack of CS payments. I cannot stand people who screw their kids out of money that would benefit them.
My ex BIL lives in Australia, my sister lives in NZ with their daughter who she has 24/7. Ex BIL was earning anice sum as a PAramedic. Very well paid. He then decided to 'go back to school' and now his income is 1/4ed. Hence my Sister has a paltry sum to support both of them. Neice never sees her father, he never calls. Yet my sister is 'alientaing ' away his only daughter? Excuse you POS father, ... GRRR don't get me started.

Check into it by calling your local dhs office or irs office..IRS can take back due child support or bankruptcy payments out of anyones taxes & pay it to whoever its owed to...especially if you get any state funds for the child like food stamps or medicaid...
They can absolutely take all
They can absolutely take all the federal and / or the state if need be to catch up back child support. IF my xh ever files his taxes Id be getting them both for YEARS TO COME!!
