So apparently child support is waiting on BM to return some paperwork. As such SO is over paying but has been assured it will be refunded at some point. Of course it’s annoying because I’d rather we have the money now but if she doesn’t get her crap together soon it will be over a month worth of child support she won’t get.

I’m sure when she fails to get paid one month she’ll cry that it hurts the children but it’s her fault because she just wants to rid out the clock and not respond.

She's also going to be p*ssed when her child support payments go down next year because SO will be carrying them on insurance and gets credited for that. We've already used the states calculator and even with his new job paying better he'll owe her less plus since he'll provide the insurance she can't hide taking them to the doctor anymore. Yes he'll know after the fact but we live in a small enough area that sooner or later all of the doctors and offices will have his custody order on file.
