SS12's Birthday is on the way!
Haven't posted in a while, because I am trying to stay positive. But the POS BM of my SS12 is at her old tricks.
She didn't send him a card, note, F-You or anything for Christmas this year. She said it was because she had no money. A letter costs less than 50 cents to mail, but don't get me started on that.
His Birthday is in a week and a half. DH sent her an email, kindly asking her to remember to send a card. She got pissy and said she was "well aware that his birthday is approaching...she was there afterall."
Yeah, well, you ain't now, beotch. I am planning a fun party for him at a jumpy house place. Some of his friends from school and his step cousins will be there.
She is missing out on so much.
He will be 13 (still very immature due to mental illnesses but really rockin' life right now!).
Pretty soon she will be nothing but a vague memory to him, if she doesn't get into his life properly.

For the life of me I can't
For the life of me I can't imagine what drives these woman to CHOOSE to not be 100% involved in the life of a child that they gave life to??? I mean how does one live with themselves? I have often wondered what BM1 tells people when they find out that 4 of her 5 kids don't live with her?? What "excuse" does she have for that? :?
I'm sure the people she hangs
I'm sure the people she hangs around with are they same type of people and don't bat an eye at it.
The BM over here is the same
The BM over here is the same way. It's ridiculous. My DH and I have primary custody, she sees her sons 10 days a month. 95% of the time she has them, they are not there because they spend the weekend at a friend's or she lets them have a friend over so she can feel less guilty about leaving them home while she goes out to party. Last weekend they were with her she left YSS at the ice rink from 10:00 am until 11:30 pm so he could watch hockey games and hang out. I brought him up food because he was there all day. She was "with friends". OSS was with us the whole weekend because he had hockey and told her it's just easier if I stay with Dad and hanging since they are the ones who are going to bring me. Seriously. He never stepped foot in her house the entire weekend.
OSS's birthday was three weeks ago...no gift, no card, NOTHING. not even a cake and he was WITH her that weekend.
These woman make me sick. And then they try to run around acting MOTY if someone is around and the kids happen to be in her vicinity.
Blech.
