Can't Sut My Yap
Last night was another fight about pee being 26 and not having to pay to wipe his own ass. He sleeps til 3-4 pm, which I have also done due to frustration and depresion over him still being here. It has come to the point that I have told my husband I am ready to move out. I fought hard to keep my house during my divorce. That I am more willing to give it up than continue to live in the same house as his weirdo conspiracy, gun oriented, lazy son is the most powerful statement I can make.
I just had to get this out. I can't talk to anyone else.. Friends and family largely don't understand what is at stake if you leave a second marriage, especially when you still love him.

Most of us will understand where you are coming from
But please don't leave your house. Ask your partner and his awful son to go. I'm sure more folks will chime in soon. (Sorry to be brief but I have a meeting)

I left a 2nd marriage and DH is my 3rd. It does suck.
In the end, it doesn't matter but one thing is for sure, I wouldn't give up my house, I would serve SS with an eviction notice and if DH wants to join him than he can.

This!

I'm not a lawyer, much less a property rights lawyer, but I agree with the comments above that you need to evict. Many on here have suggested what they call a burning platform as well. There needs to be a move out date in place already. And you need to make it extremely uncomfortable to sit stay. Wi-Fi gets cut at a certain time. And maybe the Netflix streaming password is changed. or at least that would be the normal suggestion, the way worry about the gun obsession. I also think you should feel free to change the locks. Also most attorneys offer free consultations, so if you want to ask one about your legal standing here for kicking this freeloader out, that would be another thing to do and be sure to mention the guns.
Yes, make is as uncomfortable
Yes, make is as uncomfortable as possible! Stop shopping for more than a day at a time and don't keep extra food in the house. It is inconvenient and more expensive for you in the short term but the benefit of him leaving is worth it.
Why would you leave your
Why would you leave your house? Evict, evict, evict. Is the house in just your name?
What is wrong with your husband that he allows this?
You have been dealing with this long enough; time to do something about it. Actually DO something, not just give ultimatums and then back down. This is not good for your health.
