I almost forgot about this comment.....

With everything that happened with ss16 this past weekend I forgot about this little comment that he said to his mom.

Now I have to give a back story on this first, dh's CS is to be cut in half during his summer visits but yuck has to sign off on it through CS and she refuses so dh told her that that money will be taken off the med copays and stuff and she and angerly agree and have it in writing. However ss16 doesn't know this at these things are not for them to get involved in.

Dh was talking to ss16 about things that was going with him and his mom trying to make it better for them, and ss16 said that mom makes him so mad sometimes that he just says things. Dh asked what things, ss16 said like the time that she took us all to the dentist and I don;t know why she has to take us all at the same time. But then she started griping and ranting about how you don;t pay half the copay when you are supposed to and I told her that she needs to shut up b/c you pay CS and ins every week weather we go to the dentist or doc or not! WOW ss16 understands this stuff more then i thought and he called her out!

Now first why is yuck saying these things in front of the kids anyway!? Second she got herself in that mess b/c she was being a bitch to dh by not signing off on CS for the summer. Third even when ss16 did know about the 'deal' he still saw through her crap and yuck can't stand that so I am wondering if that has anything to do with why they are not getting along very well?

Yep she even told ss16 that she has never lost an argument. LOL whatever she has lost more times then she has won b/c every time she went to court in called the police or CS she LOST!

Sad really b/c she ruined their relationship.

My DD went on a gripe fest on our financail situation several months ago and attacked me cause we shouldn't be broke when her dad pays cs. I handed her the divorce papers and all the cs stuff showing how far in arrers her dad is. She's old enough to understand I won't talk bad about her dad but I will give her the tools to see the facts. She apoligized to me, then got copies of the cs out of my file and took them to her dad and the next time he ranted about how much he pays in cs she pulled out those papers in front of all his friends and called him out on it. He's never done that in front of her again. Still tries to play it up to his friends so his family says. But most of them were there for her calling out and just ignore it.

Oh forgot she also showed the texts he sent her trying to get our 16yrold to get me to use my taxes to pay his back cs. My SO ever tries to be a jerk to his ex over FAIR cs we'll have a fight

My Dh is not behind and never has been in fact he is ahead. that is why they made the 'deal' with the copays b/c he knows that if he lets her get away with that crap she will try to get more and more and it doesn;t end.

however dh does pay for other things for the boys when they need it and stuff like that. But that will soon stop too as she is taking him back for more support.
