well today was the breach of orders hearing and it went very quickly as bm is saying she needs to find funding for legal repersentation even though she had a lawyer present today so a bit confusing she did this last time kept stalling the proceddings with continualy excuses that she needed more time to get stuff together and it eneded up draging stuff out by months. so basicly today the hearing has been ajourned til december due to bm needing more time.
as bm now has legal representation we do not have to directly serve her with documents it all can be mailed directly to her lawyers yay. so that is a positive. let the fun and games begin...
