A few months ago my "Nice" SIL threw a co-birthday for her two kids. There was a game that SD14 won and the prize was $100. There were no other prizes for games so I thought that was it and the big one.

Well today BM texts DH FURIOUS that the $100 bill was a fake. She blew up on DH, he didn't share the whole exchange with me but he was pretty upset too. Upset that BM blamed him and blew up his phone and upset that "nice" SIL had given SD a fake $100 bill. BM demanded he send her $100 to make up for it. He didn't and she was even madder. SD let DH know that she was ok. BM and SD(probably just matching BMs reaction) acted like they survived a traumatic experience. BM and SD are refusing to talk to SIL, they are blaming DH like he was behind it and want him to pay up to make it right.

I said ok... ask your sister if she knew it was fake. Well she did and thought it was funny. 

Wow dude, wow. That's a pretty sh*tty joke, especially to play on a kid. 

However, there is now no doubt in DH's mind that his sister's are huge b*tchs. They're cruel to him, me and now SD who I thought was *untouchable* in his family. This time they went too far.

Oh and before this all went down "nice" SIL called asking for money and  invited the whole family to have Christmas at our place. 10+ guests. Last Christmas my in laws didn't get ANYTHING for DH. Hell even I got something. That's a no. I honestly hope we never see them again.
