rude sd...imagine that
I am unsure how to handle this one....
If anyone has read my previous posts, you know what a witch my SD16 can be. She has been being VERY disrespectful to DH and I can't stand it. I would never allow our boys to speak to any adult that way, yet she does it and gets away with it. Am I supposed to say something, or just let him deal with it? I find myself ready to ground her for her mouth, but I don't. I completely shut my mouth, and the only time he says anything to her is when he is really angry. The thing is, our boys are 10 and 7 & starting to think it is OK to be rude and disrespectful. This child is going to drive me to drink I think. Anyway, should I say anything or let DH handle it? It really bothers me how much she treats him like shit....

I would let your DH know
I would let your DH know that she is setting an example for your boys.. and that you dont want the boys to grow up the same way. That you BOTH need to ground her for her mouth and stick to the grounding until she smartens up.
You might also add, that if she cant control her mouth around her father, then she has a snowball's chance in hell of controlling it in a work environment, and that is setting her up for failure in the future.
Put an end to it now.
