BM agreed to let Psychologist test SS7!
Now DH just has to schedule it. BM added that she thinks it's ADD. But DH told her that he thinks it's sleep so rather than play the guessing game, Therapist says a Child Psychologist can run some tests and tell them if it's Anxiety, Sleep or ADD/ADHD.
SS7's teacher is the one that said he is having issues at School paying attention, though I have thought he has had an issue for awhile now. I know I shouldn't be excited about it but I am. I just want to know what his problem is so we can work toward a fix.
Plus I would love to know what a Psychologist thinks about his Anxiety issues and unhealthy attachment to BM (and women in general).
This week I was exhausted and could not wait to give him (and SS5) back to BM. He was in one of those moods where he would cry at the drop of the hat and then he followed be around all day talking non-stop about stuff that no one but him cares about. The was lying a lot and I had to get on him a few time - he know that I hate lying. But he gets that from BM and like her he isn't very good at it.

Don't feel bad about being
Don't feel bad about being excited that he may have a problem! Like you said, if he's diagnosed then that means he can receive treatment and things will get better Hope is a beautiful thing. Now if your DH will just make that appointment. We have SD9 on Medicaid, so our process has taken a while - she's been diagnosed with ADHD. The initial appt took about a month to get, then follow-up appointments for counseling once a month over the past 4 months or so. Next month SD will finally see a doctor and start on medication. I'm excited to see what kind of a difference this makes for her as well!
