You can read alot about it on google, but a short version is that one parent basically does everything in their power to alienate the child away from the other parent. For whatever reason, they do not want the child to have a relationship with the other parent.
There are different forms of PAS. It can be a parent not allowing the other parent to have their time with a child. It can be a parent planning fun activities that take over the other parents time, or phone calls to the child while they're with the other parent expressing how much they miss them & can't wait for them to come back home. It can be a parent saying negative things to the child about the other parent. It can be outright & obvious, or it can be passive & sneaky.
