do you think its okay to send out a card with a photo of dh, smnikki, and ss to all of our family and friends?

Well, I am sure it will make BM go into orbit.

But. That being said, if your SS would be okay with it, why not? Even if he is BM's son, he is part of your family, too.

You do what you want. If BM doesn't like it, tough. You guys are a family together whether anyone likes it or not.

since im a professional photographer we do family photos alot, and i make custom cards, so ive always been planning on doing a card with a wedding photo and then one of the three of us..........the reason i asked was because my inlaws are a bunch of butt heads, and bm like so many others already claims i am trying to take ss from her.....i guess i just needed a little input thats its not weird to send it out regardless of what Satan (mil) and bm think.

We do it every year. Sometimes it's all of us, sometimes it is just the three boys, my 2 skids & my BS. BM sends out her own cards with her & the 2 kids( including DH's grandma, mom & older brother plus who knows who else) I think she may have even had her fiancee & his 3 in hers last year.

You are a family too. SS is just lucky enough to have 2 families.

Sure! I sent out cards like that the year before last. Would have done it last year too if we weren't so lazy.

As a Step Mom... I do this all the time...a s so many people have said... this is my family. As a Bio Mom I would be upset for my son if his Dad and his wife didn't include them in family photos or on the family xmas card. It would hurt me to see him excluded like that.
