BM wanted xmas to start at 9am and when the order came it said 9am and BM wanted to give BF baby at 1 or 2 pm. NOT happening! BM still has not answered to whether she will meet us or drop FSS1 at his grandparents house that morning. BF asked for baby for a few hours on New Years Day, which is her holiday, and she said as long as BF does the driving that it is fine. Which we have no problem with driving since we will be in her area anyway.

BF is ordered to pay BM $800 a month for child support, medical and daycare support. She has all ready demanded the check. BF mailed it to her her lawyer. BM swore in her court statement that she lives in the marital home but has us pick up baby at another home that they have been living in since May with her abusive new man and his daughter. BF told BM he mailed it to her lawyer and she emailed back that he knows her address and to send future checks to her address. Which one? The one she swore to in court documents last month or the house we picked up FSS1 at on Thanksgiving?

I can only hope that BM's lawyer is out of town this week and she won't get her check til later in the month. We are taking bets on how long it will be before BM takes yet another trip out of state.
