Oh for the love of God......after all the spewed vitrol from BM mouth last night about how the GAL said it was perfectly fine to enroll SS in new school district as well as childrens services caseworker, looks like BM decided the original school district is still fine.....either that or her lawyer smacked the ever loving sense into her....hmmmmm.

Well I am sure soon enough my DH will be getting the official Intent to Relocate notice as required by law....but funny thing, the objection to relocation has already been filed.

And DH lawyer sent a nice letter to her lawyer stating that DH "will expect to observe his weekday visitation today as per the original parenting plan. Due to recent events and his clients instability and propensity for calling the police when they have agreed to seperate parenting time that the parenting schedule will be followed precisley as outlined in the CO."

Bm and DH long ago had a mutually agreed more generous in terms of DH visitation for about 9 months he got EOW and 1 night a week which was a different night because BM wanted the court ordered night so dh agreed since he was getting EOW. Then when we started dating.....bam crazy psycho bm head explodes, and then coerces DH to bring SS to a rodeo that "he just had to attend" then calls the police stating we were giving her trouble and trying to leave with SS on her parenting time.....

Well needless to say after that incident all hell broke loose she instructed that they would go back to the court ordered every 1st and 3rd weekend and his one night a week, but the one night a week he recieved would remain on her appointed day....not the court ordered day....because she is the powerful GUBM that is the "Custodial Parent" like that. Also for the last year and a half we have done most of the transportation because she refused and DH just caved to ensure he got to see SS......hahahahah no more. He will pick up for visitation and then she must pick him up at the end of visitation. Plus no more crazy changing times, or "I cant make it we will make it up later" only to never actually happen.....this should also prove to ensure that we do not need any extra contact with BM other than when DH calls SS each evening or in case of emergency.....Happy dance happy dance, this should lessen some of our stress not having to deal with inordinate amount of crap that flows from her mouth, and if it continues we will get a RO for harrassment.
