Well, SO had court yesterday for custody of SD7. Not much really came of it, the judge just told him that he's on the right track and that it sounds like he does need to have full custody of SD and gave him some info for free legal help. Court got continued til 12/12/11 to give BM more time to be informed. The problem with trying to get documents to BM is that she refuses to give us her address...not that I think she'd bother to show up to court anyway, considering she lives 8 hours away. Everything takes longer than expected. I'm just ready for this whole mess to be settled as soon as possible so we can get out of this weird limbo state we're in.
