OT: Wood ticks!

Yuck yuck yuck I hate those little buggers. We were at my FDH's farm this weekend and since then I've found 3 on the dog, and SIX on me!!! This morning I found one on me while I was sitting at my desk, and although I did a whole body check after my shower, I must have gotten it from the inside of the car on my drive to work.

So, anyone know any tricks to getting rid of ticks on the inside of a car? Is there some way to lure them to something and catch them on sticky tape or something? Looked online and all I find is to spray your yard for them..obviously I don't want to spray the inside of my car.

I like to tuck my pants into my socks when I am in wood tick land which I am all the time. I know it looks dorky but at least they are not crawling up your legs. Also if you find them kill the disease spreading parasite by flushing down toilet or burning them works too.

Vacuum your car. 

ETA: Get a Seresto collar for your dogs. I have a 90lb dog and it WORKS.
