Holy Canolie BM got married...so someone can hopefully her husband, tantalize her nether regions finally! And stop being so interested in mine lol.

SO doesn't give a shit and for whatever reason i am intrigued...dont know why but probably because she caused so much drama.

Well heres something BM wont like:SO was let go from his job, his severence is running out and he wont be able to pay her the original amount because his job pays less.

Does anyone know if she gets the canada child tax benefit now that she is married and her husband is on disability?

Im sure ill have to report once bm receives her CS reduction papers...she will not be happy.

But wow...she is married...just wow.

That is nothing new over here, BM is always getting married, divorced, married again. I don't even want to think of her nether regions!

Oh, she will be pissed about the CS reduction, for sure. When my DH was laid off, BM did not know (DH kept paying CS as usual) and she filed for a modification, thinking she would for sure get a raise because it had been awhile. Nope.

What pissed her off even more, was that they did calculate a minimal raise in CS but it was not enough to go through. Hahahahaha. The manipulations that ensued, so she could get that little bit of extra money, were both comical and exhausting.

When BM2 was 39 she was able to con her 21 year old boy toy into marrying her (they actually started dating when he was 19) . Not sure why anyone would be so fucking stupid to marry this loser skank with her menial part time job, no credit, 2 illegitimate losers kids, much less a guy who's just starting out in life, but I'd seriously like to give the guy a big bear hug, because she pretty much leaves DH alone now (well she just started back up recently, so I hope that does not mean trouble in paradise? :O ) Whatever, at any rate, SS will be 18 in 1.6 more years and she will be blocked from DH phone, and hopefully we never to hear her stupid shit or see her skanky face again!!

Good lord!! What should I be thinking when SS13's BM can't keep a man around even after being divorced from my DH for 13 years. I sometimes wonder what the problem is.....well 2nd to last boyfriend cheated on her and got a married woman pregnant.... wooooowza :jawdrop:

from the Canadian govt site

"In order to maximize the benefits payable to low and modest income earners, the family net income is "adjusted" to exclude the Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB) and registered disability savings plan (RDSP) you receive. However, any UCCB and RDSP amounts you have to repay will be included as part of your adjusted family net income."

Remember that the new UCCB is in reality just a loan, because it is considered taxable income and most of it has to be paid back at tax time. It is based on family income, so any monies brought in by the new hubby will considered in the amount paid to her.

It also says something about shared custody, so depending on how visitation is split, she may not get full tax benefits.

It's probably best to talk to a lawyer.
