I am genuinely scared at the moment (have been since 1pm when I found out).

BM lives in another state. She is bringing her BF down here when she picks up skids for the summer.

I am on full alert. She never does this. It's not like we live in sunny, beautiful Florida.

What gives?

She might just want the company of her boyfriend on the trip.....why does it make you scare? Hugs

I am so scared of this woman taking the kids permanently or her boyfriend stirring up drama .... but you are probably right.

Will she? I have been under the impression that BMs have ALL rights to do almost anything.

Yes it is irrational, but I haven't seen anything to support the fathers.

WROONNGGGG, the custody agreement they have in place supports the father. What does it say?

you're a good sm --- i would be having a party if bm took skids full time and moved out of state..............probably wihtout bf -- she can't seem to keep one..
