This is a little off topic but right this minute my office assistant is doing that thing where you suck up your snot instead of blowing your noise and it's driving me up the wall. I gave him a box of tissue but he keeps doing it and I saw him wipe his nose with his hand and keep typing. Politetly asked him to go wash his hands and I wiped down his keyboard with a disinfecting wipe. starting to have thoughts of shoving the box of tissue up his nose.

What drives you up the wall?

People talking loudly on cell phones. Seriously dude, I don't need to hear your convo..

People staring at me. Its rude to stare. And mimes. Had a mime follow me the other day trying to get my attention I found it creepy and annoying.

"smacking" while eating. continuous noisemaking. interrupting. people not using their blinkers. backstabbers and two faced liars. entitlement. idiots, well- most people in general.

Yup. SS16 and SS11 are cracking knuckles constantly.

Last night when we were watching TV I told SS16 to go to bed if he wanted to crack his knuckles.

I HATE when people breathe on me. I don't want to smell the booze you drank, the foods you ate, your gum disease gingivitis, or anything all bc you want to whisper something to me that I don't want to hear anyways!

Cannot stand the snot snuffers!!! My SS's are like this and I have the added bonus of one of those people on the other side of my cube wall. GAG!!! Also the mouth breathers, behind me there is a woman who is breathing so loudly it drives me crazy!

Everyone's pet peeves above are on my list too.

People eating while talking on the phone. I hate the sound of chewing while speaking with someone on the phone.

Loud yawns. Is it really necessary to shout while yawning?? Drives me crazy. Seems all the men in my life do this. (Related or unrelated!)

Chewing with your mouth open. SIL does this. Almost 50 years old, and chews with her mouth open. Gross and annoying.

Clipping finger nails any place other than the bathroom.

My supervisor clips his nails WEEKLY at his desk. We're in a cube environment here and sound carries - makes me want to vomit. :sick:

Yeah the snorting snot drives me mad. SS is all day sniff, sniff, f'ing sniff. SO thinks I imagine it, but I've caught him yelling at ss to stop and point it out then he says he's only saying something because I've pointed out he's sniffing. SS's doc put him on claritin he believes it's allergies I think it's nervous habit AND allergies. Now I told SO every time his kid sniffs I'm going to pinch SO so he realizes it and I'm not going to say a word to ss. Staring ss does that too slack jawed staring everyone all the kids and I tell him to stop it's rude. SO doesn't see it till we (ss's sister included) have to say something several times about it, then SO will yell at him. I've told the kids just stare back, immature yes, but it's working.
