Dear Valued Users,
It's with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of StepTalk.org on August 31st, 2025.
This decision wasn't an easy one. For over twenty years, StepTalk has been a source of support for stepparents around the world! However, over the years, the costs associated with maintaining and upgrading the site to remain secure, meet current standards and maintain availability have become unsustainable.
We are incredibly grateful for your support, contributions and the community you've helped us build. Your engagement has made StepTalk.org a special place and we cherish the memories and connections made here.
We would especially like to thank Aniki for volunteering to be a moderator and for caring so much.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and we wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
Dawn and The StepTalk Team

Wow, just wow. Now I will
Wow, just wow.
Now I will say this anyone of us would feel pretty shitty if our own parents sided with our ex. BUT, especially since she is a celebrity she needs to watch how and what she does. I never send an email to my ex without thinking what would it look like if a judge had to read it.I can think whatever I want but when you communicate during conflict you have to do so wisely.
I think it really says
I think it really says something when one's own mother "sides" with the ex, don't you? To me, that says, "yeah, daughter, you're acting like a psycho. Let the kid see his dad."
I agree. If my parents
I agree. If my parents started siding with mine I would think I would need to be institutionalized. It is a hot mess for sure, and public.
