TTC
I am by nature a planner and researcher so obviously when DH and I decided to have an ours baby (literally just this month), I started reading anything I could get my hands on now I feel like I'm overloaded with info and just stressing. It doesn't help that I haven't gotten my period this month and am hoping I'm pregnant even though I KNOW I'm not and so obviously more stressing. I don't really want to talk to my family about this, no grandkids on my side yet so I don't need the added pressure from my parents and I definitely don't want to mention it to DH's family because I know it will get back to BM and I don't need that right now.
Any advice to end the stress?????????????????????

Stressing and overthinking
Stressing and overthinking are counterproductive. One thing you should do is make an appt with an OB/GYN to get a check up and to update them on your plans to start a family. They can give you advice on what you can do to make the process better.
If you are going to be taking
If you are going to be taking pregnancy test buy the little strips off amazon waaaaaaay cheaper. I don't know if you have been keeping track of when you ovulate but there is actually a specific window once a month those ovulation strips are also helpful. There are also period tracker apps too that give you an idea.
If you try for more than a year make sure you speak with your Gyno to see if there is anything they can do to help.
When it's time for advice
just get the book: "Bringing up Bebe" Subtitle: One American Mother Discovers the Wisdom of French Parenting
I think you can get it at the library. Common sense parenting!
As far as pregnancy goes, get as much sleep in the early trimester; don't worry about nausea; it's disconcerting but natural. try to eliminate as much stress as possible (yeah right being a SM!)
