OT- I know you shouldnt talk politics- Bowe Bergdahl

I'm just curious as to what everyone's thoughts are on Bowe and his rescue and the trading him for the terrorists. Also what his fellow soldiers in his platoon have said about him and how he left and deserted.

Thinking he wanted to be captured, and we are now letting murderers go free, to kill again. Sad

Everything else aside... he is a US Soldier and it should always be our goal to bring all US Soldiers home. Now that he's back it's up to the powers to be to determine his fate.

It all stinks. How on earth can we trade 5 KNOWN killers/terrorist for one American? It is going to be a bad bad thing if something like 9/11 happens again and one of those terrorist are behind it.

Obama makes me sick.

I didn't see your response before I typed mine!

Also, the 5 (or 6?) soldiers who were killed in the line of duty while searching for him -- in my heart I believe Bowe is covered in their blood also. ESPECIALLY if he is found to have been a deserter.
