It sounds like....and I don't know for sure, but from what you wrote it sounds like someone is petitioning for the litigants to go to a court approved program for litigants in family court...such as co-parenting classes or dignified divorce type classes. One should be able to go get a copy of what was filed and know for sure what is being requested.

Usually courts will institute programs for those that may not qualify for free or reduced attorney services. It is generally information regarding court procedure for people representing themselves and makes available free forms for the use of pro se litigants.
