Yes, requirements for reproduction. You know, I have parrots and am involved with parrot rescues. To adopt a homeless parrot you have to fill out an application that includes answering questions about WHY you want the parrot, if you understand the responsibilities of caring for that parrot, (social interaction required for that species, proper housing, temperature, lighting, spacial measurements, toys, and physical care), job stability and the ability to pay for veterinary care AND AN INTERVIEW AND HOME INSPECTION.
