BM's most upsetting lie yet

I do my best not to let BM's lies phase me. I take the appropriate action and try not to take her words to heart because I know that she is just a petty liar and honestly, a bitch. However, she is suddenly telling me that when my FDH and I first got together he was still sleeping with her and that he doesn't love me.

I have no other evidence that my FDH has ever slept with his ex and our relationship indicates that he would never do something like that. It's not like he was ever acting weird and I was suspicious, I have no reason to believe this lie is true but somehow her words have gotten in my head.

This is really bugging me! Should I say anything back to her? What should I say? How do I readjust my focus?

all BM is to get a rise out of you!!!! If you let your mind wonder into a place of doubt it will eat you alive!!
Just keep in mind that you have him now and the past doent matter!! Remember that "She" was part of his past....a SOOO not good part!!
Dont say a word......you will let her win if she can et a rise out of you...you have the "prise" now......and Im guessing she want that "prise" back....

Why don't you ask FDH right in front of BM??

Then, as you read his and her's body language...listen to their responses.

There...it's all done and you should have the truth.

I think that'd be interesting to see if BM is telling you the truth. You might be surprised...

Thanks for the responses everyone. FDH has assured me that BM is lying. I'm in a happy trusting relationship and I have no intention of getting us all together or asking BM if she is telling the truth. Am I being naive?
