WELL........SD13 IS a THIEF!

SD13 has stolen my bio's Ipod.....no shocker......Just DH is ignoring it.....his fav tatic where SD is concerned...It has been over a week....DH is not really wanting to press charges and report the Ipod stolen (honestly I dont either as I WILL BE THE ONE PUNISHED!! having to take her to court/probation and all ++SD will get to be a "bad a$$" at her school!!!)....IF and WHEN the Ipod is reported stolen it can and will be traced...TO THE SD!!!!!! I have enough "proof" from the FreeTex company to show where and when the Ipod is bouncing off the tower near my SD :special: school....(no other schools out there) and its bouncing off another area in town in non school times.....NOT rocket science....I am conflicted and PISSED that DH
#1 hasnt taken this matter into his own hands and PUT HIS FOOT UP SD'S A$$ and RETRIEVED the Ipod
#2 acts like it is no big deal that HIS SD's (my Bio) Ipod is missing...she is thinking SHE isnt important....I cant blame her...
#3 is playing the waiting game with no action and NO pressing SD to cough up the Ipod's where about's...just fun and games dinner out...day at the flea market...lunch out....lalalala!!

I think that enough it ENOUGH!!!! DH should have gone to the bank...Withdrawn ALL the money SD has and put his $$ with that and REPLACED the Ipod...........NO QUESTIONS.....THEN DH should hand SD a "bill" for the balance....including interest....along with a VERY detailed work assignmnet for SD to "earn" the $$ to repay the Ipod's cost.......PLUS his OWN "Probation" and Community service...plus "Judge Dad Court Fees".....like HE means business.......BUT YET AGAIN...DH is sweeping another GAME of LIES under the rug......Another LESSON "Learned" in our home...SD is A THIEF!!!!!!!! and the princess has NO ACCOUNTABILITY or RULES and the rest of us dont matter!! UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Sad SD Lives with us and us ONLY......no leverage...she has nothing to take....on phone...so wew are stuck...my bio daughter said the other day "Mom I liked it much more when you were incharge!" duuuuuhhhhhh.....I did something....Dh does nothing......I thought DISENGAGING would make all this easier Sad

If SD is with you full time, it must be in the house at some point. As soon as she walks in the door, take her backpack, jacket, purse, anything she carries. Pat down the pockets of her jeans or whatever else she is wearing, then systematically go through everything you took from her. Disengaging does not mean allowing your own child to be walked all over.

Doll Face SM: this was my idea too...pat down in and out the door...I do it EVERYDAY that I am up to see her off to school...BUT DH DOESNT do it(although he said he did!! Now admits he didnt)....SD Knows and I am sure that she took the Ipod... I know the day....She was mad that she couldnt go to a pro ball game with her class mates becuse she was NASTY to me on a camping trip....DOD told her "NO Because of your actions on the camping trip..." NEXT day...Ipod gone.......I truly think SD took it to school and she got JACKED!! I can "trace"/see some of the info off the Ipod based on a few down loaded programs....I have to file the police report to get it back.....real sticky situation....SD is a HUGE LIAR....BUT this is the 1st step to a long thief history I fear....I sure had rather have SD "learn a lesson" now....than later.....Jail is not a pretty place....:(
