I remember when GG would RACE to pick up Prince Hygiene from school. One day, when I had a RARE day off that I have to pack in every chore/errand imaginable into every minute of that precious day off, I decided to go with GG for the "pickup."

I clearly stated that I had another errand I could have EASILY squeezed in before he picked up PH.

But NO!! He had to get their early like waiting for Haley's Comet or something. He waited with baited breath as though eagerly anticipating a once in a lifetime solar eclipse!!! Needless to say my errand (which entailed quickly running into a nearby grocery store for two items) was put on hold. I had purposely wanted to do this BEFORE he picked up the Prince for obvious reasons. I think all you SMs out there with spoiled skids and guilty biodaddies know why!!!

I postponed the errand because I didn't want the returning royalty to traipse into the store and spend his dad into oblivion via manipulation and baby talk.

Prince Hygiene gleefully hopped off the bus and into the street without obeying the driver's instructions not to cross the road until the all clear was given. Had it been a busy street he surely would have been run over! He saw us in the truck and did the obligatory "15 minutes of aloof time" by heading directly into his house, then with trepidation, came out again and jumped into the truck and IMMEDIATELY asked for a new toy from the "blue store" (baby talk for Walmart), TOTALLY foregoing the formality of saying "Hi!" to either one of us.

i LOVE your signature line:

The only thing these biodads should feel guilty about is the fact that they didn't wear a condom.

OMG that is the stuff that BM feeds the kids daily. I make the 'recommend' stuff but they don't eat it most of them time and then whine that they are hungry.

Seriously what can you do though?

Tell me about it!! The Behemoth has always constantly fed the skids junk/kid-friendly food or they eat out and ORDER that crap.

In the early years, when GG was a 1000% guilty daddy, he insisted that huge bowls of their fav candy be placed around the house. The skids came over and ate entire bags of reeses peanut butter cups; then he'd wonder why they weren't hungry!!

He'd feed them nothing but these no no foods as well! One time he chewed my ass out in front of said skids for not buying brand name white mushy hot dog rolls (i bought day old store brand ones and he had a FIT!!)

He literally said to me "nothing is too good for my angels!"

And we were on such a tight budget with practically ALL his salary going to the Behemoth aka CS!!!

Where do Hot Pockets fit into this list? BM buys them in bulk so that the princesses can feed themselves at whim, because heaven forbid that after a day of teaching she should have to interact with her own children.

Ha! Love Jim Gaffigan! I guess they could also loosely fall under the pizza category which would make them DOUBLE unhealthy. No wonder the princesses are so constipated all the time?

OMG That's hilarious! Thanks for sharing, now my sides are hurting from laughing so much!

OMG_ YES YES YES-----I guess that's what SD eats when w/her BM AND her dad...and then bf's parents get her every sweet known to man-even though bf's MOM has diabetes.

Doughnuts, crap, processed stuff, on and on. It's a battle at my house to get her to drink water-I mean full on battle-BUT out of 15 drinks she asks for in the day now we're up to 5 of them water...at least he's stepping up on that.

We like to cook-and I don't liek those kidn of things for the kids-this week w/homework hell it's been more junk stuff then normal as I'm tryign to get them in the routine and not enough time for my meals.

I about shit myself when my oldest said "my friends get chef boyardee" over my dead body will you ever eat RAVIOLES in a CAN! Are you kidding me?

Luckily my bios eat quite decent...but can't say the same for skid of course.

Thanks for the link. I guess some may be surprised about the Chicken tenders and the fruit leathers.
I would add MARGARINE!!!!! Bad, bad , bad for all of us.
I make healthy meals every night with lots of steamed veggies, beans, brown rice etc. My steps loved my cooking and still rave about it, but my DD will grab carbs any time of day...
