As the days go on, the more I miss my step children. I miss their laughter, i miss their fussing, i miss cooking, cleaning, coddeling... combing hair, amd most of all I miss the laughter in the house.

Well, The BM is trying to take DH to court to increase CS. According to the DC, they have shared parenting. Addording to CSEA, she is custodial parent. The judge put in the divorce decree thet she is residential parent. NOT CUSTODIAL. So this BITCH thinks she has sole custody of all 4. well in the process of all this, she has taken my DH back to court for more CS. See, she refuses to work. All the kids are in school. SWo legally there is no reason for her to not work.

She has committed tax fraud the last 2 years. By claiming all the kids. She violated the divorce decree. Well, she wants an $800+ increase in CS to support he now husband and their $100,000 home they are living in. But because we drive nice vehicles and have a big screen tv... she thinks that is the justification for an increase...

really? a big screen tv is her justification? don't get me wrong, i'm not a greedy bm fan, but it sounds like a big chunk of the story is missing.

I guess I am still stuck on the fact that you miss their laughter and cooking and cleaning behind them.....(shaking my head vigorously)

CSEA does not have the authority to make a court order. Child Support Enforcement Agency is just that They are only allowed to enforce child support. The Judge is the only person authorized to make a court order. And the COURT ORDER does not designate custodial parent. Residential Parent means: The house in which the children live for school purposes.

Custodial means one parent makes sole decisions for said children.

As the Court Order Reads, she is residential parent. NOT CUSTODIAL. Being only residential means the BP Have shared parenting.

My Husband and I are in the process of buying a 72" screen television. We are making payments on it, but becasue it is in our living room, she claims that is a luxary item. and is he can afford luxary items like the television and "nice vehicles" then she should not have to work and she should get an increase in CS.
