I thought about her all morning and hope she has some good news later. And I also hope that her BM gets some help for her mental illness or gets taken out of the picture somewhow, this is a nightmare.

He was in surgery doing okay last I heard but the ex got called before Ommy did and she went into the hospital saying he had a DNR in place and trying to call off the surgery. She tried to murder him basically.

THIS has completely FREAKED me OUT! My Fdh and bm are still married and I can totally see her psycho butt doing exactly what Ommy's bm did!
Just a couple of weeks ago she texted she "wants him outta their lives by any means necessary"
Fdh drives a lot for his job so I'm constantly bugging him to wear his seat belt, which he does.
I noticed another poster said a medical poa wouldn't even help in a matter like this. Is there ANYTHING we CAN do?

I was wondering about her myself. I was hoping for an update. I am glad he seems to be doing good and hopefully she will be able to charge the bm with something. That is just crazy! poor guy I wonder what he is thinking? Like "how crap she tried to kill me!"

Sending prayers his way for a speedy & full recovery & for Ommy, during this horrendous time, that she gets the comfort & support that she needs.

Once his recovery is underway, I certainly hope that they press charges on BM for falsifying documents & for attempted murder!
