I did something not very nice today. BM picked up skids about 20 mins ago. Usually when she drops them off she drops them off with red gatorade and boxes of candy or pistachio nuts or some other totally weird thing. Cheetos, peanuts or something. At 7pm on a sunday. Ss3 wets his bed from drinking so much juice before bedtime and sd5 always has the red koolaid mustache for school the next day. So I did something childish. I filled up ziploc baggies for each of them to the brim with chocolates and candies. I told them since it was usually our movie night at home and that since they couldn't be with us I made them bags of movie candy and maybe they could have movie night at moms. I know that ss3 wouldn't take a nap for more than 45 mins at daycare today. I know he is going to be a total tool later and that chocolate will fuel that fire. I also know I felt so sad for him as he cried leaving the house saying "I don't want to go to moms, I want to stay here with you!"

Just for once I wanted to be petty and childish. FDH is so fed up with her typical antics that he feels the same and didn't mind my small passive attempt to be a bitch. It's not nice. It's not right.
