midnight texts and calls..........

I'm SICK of BM and SD waiting until after 11pm to start texting their nasty bullshit to my DH.Picking fights calling him names. Degrading him.........

I'm about one day away from blocking both bitches from any texting. I pay the phone bill and I'm spent on sleepless nights..............

Any reason why the phone can't be turned off/unplugged when you go to bed? I wouldn't stand for this for a single day.

My DH uses it as his alarm clock. Im sure if i say something thats what he will reply with.

I use my phone as an alarm too and I put it on airplane mode when I go to bed. People can still text and call, but when they do it behaves as if it's turned off. And my alarm still goes off like normal Smile

If he was really serious about not putting up with BM's nonsense, he would find an alternative alarm clock - he does not have to use his phone, after all. I think that it starts to appear that your DH might be the problem, here, sad to say.

Yup. Even if money is tight you can get a wind up at Walmart for 5 bucks. Or get one at a yard sale for probably less than a buck or two....

He can also set his texts to silent. Or set their individual ring tones to.silent. our cells are used for emergency calls so I can't set mine to silent. But dh has learned at night to.set the txt to quiet or he needs to leave the room

He figured out how to turn everything off but the alarm. It will be so nice to get sleep without his phone going off every half hour after 11pm.

Of course I am sure this is on a school night too!!! At least that is when my SD/BM would pick to call us 20 times in a row!!! Good thinking BM, why ever would SD need to be rested up for school, hmm, let me think . . . ??!

I was so glad to go to cell phones only as now I do not have 3 extensions ringing through the house in the middle of the night, with a couple of witches on the other end!! :evil:

I was JUST saying that yesterday.... BM claims to be the best parent. Kids are always in bed by 9pm bla bla bla............ chews our ass when they come back from summer break because we let them stay up and she has to redo their entire schedule and they are grumpy. Yet SD goes non stop after eleven at night............... where the hell is BM then??? Oh that's right RIGHT beside her dialing on her phone too!
