She says she is getting 1/6 of MY income!
I hope she takes 1/6 of my dirty dishes and laundry cause I'm a stay at home mom! LOL! She somehow found out I'm pregnant so BM calls DH to tell him she knows I'm pregnant and that she could take him to court for 1/6 of his income. He said go ahead, I've been telling you to file CS for years! Since he pays her more than that every 2 weeks anyways. Then she tells him that she'll ask for 1/6 of MY income as well. Good luck on that one sweetie! Well now that she knows we are happily pregnant she wants to rain on our parade but anyway she goes, we still win. BOOM!

That's funny 'cuz in most states, CS goes down when bio dad has another child. Where do they get this stuff? And she thinks she can get some of your income? Geez. Don't they wish.

BM told the court when she was ordered to pay CS, 'Bearcub has a good job and my ex and kids live in her house and I shouldn't have to pay CS. Judge asked her if they were her kids and when she replied yes, he said then you have to pay for them.

A couple of weeks ago my BF
A couple of weeks ago my BF and I went to the workplace of bm's first husband's new wife and she told us that bm's lawyer subpoenad (sp) her work records! So she was able to see how much his wife was making eventhough it didnt and shouldnt matter! She was sooo mortified that her boss had to see that and deal with that, all because bm is a gold digging loser c*** that wants to make everyone as miserable as she is and pay for her materialistic lifestyle off the backs of everyone else!
I have already told my BF that if there is ANY way that bm can look at my income or come after my income as a means to increase cs for her crotch dropping I will NEVER marry my BF!
There is no way in hell that I am ever or will ever pay for a child that IS NOT MINE! EVER!

N I found that if something happens to DH n he.can no longer pay cs i would have to by law unless I protect my self with a prenup b4 getting married, doesnt count if u get prenup after.. So in my prenup I stated she cant touch ANY N ALL OF MY PROPERTIES, LOTTERY WINNINGS,INCOME,INHERITANCE ANYTHING MINE IS MINE!!

That is an excellent idea...I never thought of doing that. In my mind a pre-nup was like a way of saying that your marriage might not or probably wont work so I was very against the idea but NOW that I am with a man that I love and marriage has been discussed I think that I definitely should protect myself from that "what if"....because his bm is a huge gold-digging skank so yeah better to be safe than sorry....

Our BM filed for a CS modification the very first business day after H and I got married, because she thought she could get her hands on my money. She got spanked out of court. It was freaking hilarious!
