WHY MEN CHANGE?

Hi Everyone!!!

Just had fight with my husband last 2 days. He thought i dont respect him.... what happened is he called me video called on the car (his daily routine)  and i ask question like normal wife do. ask him "did you ate?  "hows your day so far" "whats on your mind"?  so i ask that same question that day. and then suddenly he said lets do normal phone call. so he called and then he said why i dont respect him on other people? i think his talking about the driver... i think his worried that driver hear our conversation. i just wonder why suddenly worried now when even before driver hear our personal conversation at the car? and to think i just ask him a normal question like i used to do. out of anger i just hang the phone.bacause i dont wanna fight and im worried whats happening but i dont want to show him im bother/ worried  but iam its driving me crazy actualy!!! im trying to play it cool. until now we dont talk. he tried to called me yesterday around 5pm but i didnt answer...  and thats his last attempt. 

im feeling sad i know ididnt do anything to said that i didnt respect him. tommorow is his flight back here in my town to spend our wedding anniversary. but i dont know. i dont know what to do. but i really feel sad

Sometimes they don't change- their true colours just start to peep through after a while...this is how our breakup started- it was and is all very sad...

I think you need to have a real heart to heart with DH. You are making a lot of assumptions instead of just asking him why he was disrespected as that certainly wasn't your intent. Men have a public image they keep up. They don't share with anyone they don't trust.

I'm a man. I don't really change. But I will say, I tolerate some things for a while till they get to me, then I harden up. It might be taken as me changing, but it's really just in response to getting burned out or tired of someone taking advantage of me or something like that.

That said... "Face Time" while driving? I'm not sure, but if he was, that's illegal here. I honestly can imagine if he was in traffic, Face Timing you, and a police officer saw him, he'd want to drop the phone so he doesn't get a $200 ticket. But I don't know what happened, so...

Anyway, best of luck. Hope you can patch it up.
