I should have just had everything court filed back in June. I didn't..  I made him an offer...and told him to take it to a lawyer. He didn't. So I filed through the courts, and had him served.

I walked him through everything he would need... Financial info, etc.. I had even packed everything he'd need into the same box as his regular-use items so they'd be handy...

He was supposed to respond to my filing by Sept 30

Sept 29 late afternoon I get an email from his lawyer saying he had to apply to receive a copy of his taxes for the last 3 years with our tax agency, and requesting an extension to the response deadline to October 18th... what a twit. 

Thing with that... if I say no.. I can be forced to pay his fees... so I wrote back saying he had all his stuff, and that he can get a copy from the tax filing place.. so partial acceptance of extension... to the 11th.

I signed the firm and emailed it back.. they came back on October 1 that they could only get 2018 from the tax place.. and re-requested to Oct 18.. saying that he's indicated I never gave him the copies...

So again.. I replied he already had the docs for 2018, 2019 and 2020.. but that I would email a pdf copy of 2019 and 2020, since clearly it was too difficult for him to locate the box that was clearly labeled.. lol I sent a picture of the box, showing the docs inside, and a video of him picking up that box and placing it in his truck... saying that if he still can't locate the box he very clearly took, that I was sure the tax place could give him a copy of 2018

She just replied "thank you, I have reviewed the Financials and will file a response today"

I am running out of Nice. 

I made him an offer at first... he'd have walked away with about 20k worth of stuff had he accepted it. Financial calculations demonstrate he will owe me about 3000. I think the lawyer clued in.. because his copy of taxes include some if my financial info as well...he ain't getting shit. Lol
