Which threw me for a minute, because for a second I was like... well maybe it's just Joseph with his coat of many colors? That's a bit less creepy.

But no, he comes with a big linen declaration that says something to the effect of "Hi little buddy. I'm Jesus. I'm going to be with you forever and ever and ever..."

I have no problem with the kid being raised a Christian, really I don't. Just because I'm not a Christian anymore doesn't mean I'm all full of hate and militant about it. But I really feel like she's taking every opportunity to be intrusive, and it's kind of pissing me off.

Apparently she and her new MIL waited till DH got to the meetup point to pick up SS, then made him wait while they prayed in front of him for a safe trip for SS.

Now, I appreciate the sentiment, but that's just bizarre.

I shares that with dh. He said that is creepy looking. Yep there is no way I'd want my kid having that thing.
