DH met with a lawyer today
He says we have a very strong case.
However, his retainer fee is $2000 so we are pretty much back to square one.
Even if I were to go to work, between the cost of daycare and gas for me to work, we'd break even. (Why I stay home in the first place)

You're telling me! I didn't find out until later JUST how close I am to the Beast. I'd have been in that court room every day!
