Yeah, that is the only thing I'm worried about. We talked a little more about it again this morning & I told DH to not be surprised if the schedule change does not go as smoothly as he expects at first. I also told him to be on the look out for something happening to our cars or our business. I expect she will try to "retaliate" in some way, either vandalizing our property or PASing SD or reporting us for some imagined offense. For example, when CPS was called on BM (by daycare, not us) she responded by calling CPS on us. We got one visit from a social worker who was like "who did you piss off?"

And she probably is telling everyone that she "won" because we did not get sole custody, but we knew we wouldn't get it going in. Our attorney just played the ask for everything & maybe we'll get something card. And it worked - we got almost exactly what we wanted! Of course, she'll never admit that (but she knows it deep down).
