Tone Up Tuesday
Good news: DD3 is better. YAY! Bad news: I put on 1.5 pounds, SIIIIIIIGH. I'm getting a bit bored of this 1 up, 1 down, 1 up again thing.
I know it's my own fault as I've been eating out with DH and the kids, and drinking wine. I guess I could've chosen healthier options from the menu, but I alway think.. I very rarely go out for a meal, so I like to enjoy it :/
I don't know if that's the wrong way to think about it, but I also think the same way about going on holiday or something. It happens so rarely that you should get to enjoy what you eat and drink, and just get back on it when you are home!
So yeh. That's what I did when we ate out a few times this week. Oops. Ok.
Anyway. I really, really, really want to break the cycle of this 1 up 1 down thing. So. My aim is to lose 2 pounds this week. Yep, I'm setting myself an actual weight loss goal.
And I think a big way to achieve this, is to up the exercise. I, Sunny Skies, hereby promise to do 3 workout videos this week. I'm a bit hesitant about that, as December is such a busy month, but other people make time to do *so* much more exercise than that, so why can't I?! I'm going to try!

I barely survived last week with no alcohol....... 7 days eating raw veggies and fruit is no fun, was it worth it, I have no clue.... never weight myself before the week and never did it after the week, I have a rough idea what I'm weighing.... might hop down to the wholesaler today and check it our on a scale.... yeah I need an industrial scale..
So the 7 day stopped Sunday eve... Monday I had my usual muesli and greek yoghurt... Monday evening I had my STEAK yeah!!!! made me very sick, I could not even enjoy 125g, stomach cramps and bloating....
Tuesday started a new diet, 3 day military diet hahahaha yeah each office lady gets a turn.... we all want to be ass skinny for the holidays...... Oh and I'm going with no booze a second week.... it's actually very easy, cause SO and Aergia is not here

It sounds like you're really thinking out what you're eating and drinking Acra! That's awesome! (I personally dislike having to do that, but I guess if you wana make progress then that's what you have to do? Sigh)
But kudos for doing it!!! (And I'm sure you don't need an industrial scale, lol)
Ps. Did steak really make you sick?! Why?! You love steak!
