Pork loin Can of cream of

package of lipton onion soup
1 cup of beef broth
I usually cook for 7-8 hrs
Makes a really nice sauce for the pork when it's all said and done
Same recipe but with Chicken, I use cream of chicken and chicken broth with the lipton onion soup.
That's off the top of my head. I all my recipes on my tablet at home.
I've been wanting to get back
I've been wanting to get back into healthy crockpot meals now that DH and I are on this eating plan. (So far, DH has lost 10 lbs and I've lost 6.5. WooHoo!)
I saw a recipe for Crockpot Butter Chicken that looks amazing, and I plan to try it this week. Can't wait.

My favorite crockpot meals tend to be those that I can't successfully pull off making unless it's made in a crockpot. Ha!
Red beans and rice:

Chicken Tortilla soup. (I am
Chicken Tortilla soup. (I am not a soup fan but this stuff is great!)
2-4 chicken breast (depends on how meaty you want the soup)
1 can regular rotel
1 can Mexican tomatoes
1 can Green chilis
2 small can tomatoe sauce
1 cup Picante sauce
2 Cans of Ranch style black beans (I do not drain them)
Cook til chicken done.
Shred chicken and return to pot. Serve in a bowl and add crunched up tortilla chips and shredded cheese. MMMMM!!!
