Anyone watch Stranger Things on Netflix?

I admit I was skeptical about watching, now I am hooked and ready for season three.

Did you know that originally evil Will was gonna kill Bob? Oh and why can't Joyce and Hopper get together already. Ugh!!!!!

I saw a blurb about this show this morning on GMA and thought it looked interesting but wasn't sure, maybe we will binge watch this NYE.

I watched season 1 but have not seen season 2 yet. I heard mixed reviews on season 2 but will have to try it.

I guess I'm the only person that does not have Netflix? SS15 has access to DBDB account and he watches it on his laptop.

Guess I'll have to look into it.

Check it out. Even if you don't like Netflix there are soooooo many other shows that may interest you.

I liked Season 1 a lot but didn't care for Season 2 at all. It's like they just decided to take Season 1 and make everything BIGGER and MORE! I hate that...feel that it's lazy writing and filmmaking.

I watched Beyond Stranger things and they interviewed The Duffer Brothers who explained the direction they were going in and why. Please watch season 3 when it comes out. You can't abandon ship yet. Pretty please (batting my eyelashes)

I watched it! I watched season 1... Then started season 2... DH joined in so we re-watched season one... Then we were watching season 2... And I fell asleep... I woke up the next morning to him still up having finished season 2... I had to watch it alone. He's terribly impatient and bad at sleeping. LOL

Yes - I love it!

DH and I watched the whole 2nd season in record time. I cannot wait for the 3rd season.

Do you watch Black Mirror? It’s another favorite of mine. The latest season, season 4, came out yesterday.

No I don't. Is it good? I will be finished with Sherlock and need something to watch. I will make that my next binge session.

I think it’s good. Some episodes are better than others. Per my DH, some are downright disturbing and make you feel uncomfortable. But on the the flip side, some are quite humorous, some heartfelt, like the “San Junipero” episode.

Just watch with caution. At least 3/4 of the episodes aren’t kid friendly.

Black Mirror is SO scary! Because those things could very well happen in the very near future. The hubs and I binged the entire 4th season in a day.

I am obsessed! Every one of those kids is an amazing actor, and I love the '80s nostalgia. I was also 13 in 1984, and can relate so much. (You know, except for all the creepy government lab/monster/upside down stuff. LOL!)
