My skids BM is just like herpes....Not life threatening or anything, just a real pain in the arse. She has flare ups and only medication and a little TLC can calm her down.

Life can be going just great and then for no good reason BAM....a flare up. Like herpes.....her "flare ups" are embarassing, unpredictable, ugly, contagious, and usually short lived. In my mind this whole situation is a sexually transmitted disease.

Anyways, I'm in a mood today and thought I'd share. }:)

What a FANtastic comparison!!! I couldn't agree more...only I'd compare our BM to a snake w/Alzheimer's. Things will be going great, everyones getting along, SS is happy, she's got her oodles of $$... and then, w/out warning, she strikes! And if you try to bring things up to resolve it...she doesn't remember...convenient, doncha think?

Symptoms to include bouts of rage....or "flare ups". I'm trying to refrain from BM bashing but sometimes....listening to DH pacify the woman just makes me sick to my stomach.

BM is having a manic episode and the paranoia has set in....she thinks EVERYONE is trying to "run her life". Pahlease. I would LOVE if you would run your own damn life.

I immediately thought of my DH's mother, his son, his ex.....the laugh I needed today!

All I'm asking for is some good old honesty served up fresh when I ask for it without the side order of hot tongue and cold shoulder!

I love it! My DHalways says his ex is like a gnat flying around his head and he has to swat away. Just when you think the bug is gone it comes back right in your ear driving you crazy.

But um, if you scratch Herpes it spreads so how does the BM spread?
Oh Oh Oh I get it because she tries to pass on her ideas to the skids huh?

I call BM "misery" cause she looks like Kathy Bates in a scary way...even acts like her character on the movie sometimes!
