I need advice FAST
STBH divorce hearing is tomorrow and he wants me to go with him. His lawywer told him that he needs a witness to testify to the fact that he and BB/STBEW have not lived together for the past 18 months. I don't want to do anything that would make her not sign those papers tomorrow. She is stupid. I know it would just make her ass itch to see me in court tomorrow. What would you ladies and gents do? :puzzled:

Did the lawyer say it had to be you? You're right you wouldn't want to cause her to not sign.

I know that is what i was thining. I don't want to go b/c she is not my problem. I am not divorcing her he is. He needs to ask his mother.
