We are all settled into our home , but on the first day got some news that the sd 16 was back down with her mother, then a day later the 3rd party took the claim out for cs for her but still requested back pay of $500. Then a day later the bm puts back in a claim for sd 16 so she is apprently back with her mother, they want alot of money a month for both girls, they dont care that hubby has to support us...
AND I have had a gut full of others saying that i knew hubby had the girls before we had kids so i should deal with it,and get over it , and let them have what they deserve. Hasn't he got a right to live too?
These girls would be getting : the bm works earns around $38000 a year (in Australia dollars this is)
: her partner earns around $50000 a year, so her bills would be halved.
: she gets so much from the aust govt because she would be around the middle income. Could be anywhere from $300 to $500 dollars a fortnight ( as she has 2 other dependants)
: the girls cs from hubby .. cs want $250 a fortnight
: plus the girls can work casually and earn $12,000 a year each befroe effected on their govt payments.
: plus her cs for the other 2 kids from their father!
This alot of money for these girls , dont u think?
I know we have to support them , and i know alot of you woman out there in the USA , your husbands pay a hell of alot more, i dont know how u all do it...
But if they take this money off hubby we will not survive . All we have coming in is hubby's wage and my family money from the aust govt...
I'll go back to work either in july 09 or start of 2010 as i still have child left at home while the other 3 are at school.
I'm not trying to make excuses but with my 2 special needs kids i need to be available for them all the time, and with just posting in we dont know how busy hubby will at this unit.

I have been busy writing to federal officials and magazines anyone will listen and be able to help. Hubby tried to ring bm for an agreement but she wont answer phone, she is very selfish and would think that she has it all right now, the girls who want nothing to do with us and our money :?
I was ready to leave the other night its just all getting too much, and i have a constant headache , i hate answering the phone now incase its cs, or getting the mail.
I have done this all for 13 yrs but i think i finally had it, and the big question is HOW long will the sd 16 last with her mother and maybe go off to another 3rd party which then it will all go agian, accumulating more debt ... when does this agency enough ?Teenagers here some of them are abusing the system there for kids who need it...
Sorry but i had a lot to get out ... more there building up too. We have some contacts so hopefully we will get some help. Fingers crossed but i dont like our chances! :?
