DH proposed a change order to clarify several points of the custody agreement. BM responded with an amended proposal which dropped his current % of time from 45% to 28%.

DH, BM, and each of their attorneys are meeting today in a last attempt to try and reach an agreement. If they can't, it's on to mediation and then court.

If it doesn't get worked out, skids will be with us the evenign before the first day of school. Which means we'll need to get them school supplies for the first day and DH will need to drive them the 45 miles through DC traffic by 8:30am. He's actually kind of excited to do it, even if the traffic/distance is a pain and we'll never see the clothes or supplies again.

Oh, and the weekend BM is "demanding" be hers in the amendment will likely come and go before resolution is made if they don't reach an agreement today. Too bad .. she should know better than to schedule vacations on DH's time by now.
