When first divorced, BM put oldest child in counseling (without letting now DH know), and based on BMs input, counselor wanted n the decision (by the counselor, as she then had the whole story, was changed. . .and it didn't happen. BM wanted the younger child on meds, and again, not happen, once the whole story was known.

She seems to have some mental issues (doctor diag. Depression.gett . .I think there's more to it (bpd). . .the issues increase by they day.

Anyone have any luck getting a court to order an evaluation?
