So my darling wonderful husband has informed me that he is taking super skank back to court. I am ok with that they need to modify the CO anyway, there are too many variables that need to be locked down. It's not just to CO though he wants to go after custody of his son. He thinks he stands a chance, but i know unless he can prove that she is doing some serious shiz it ain't happening. Super skank and i have a respectful relationship now she doesnt step on my toes and i dont step on hers. I think im just going to take the back seat on this one love my husband to death but this is going to be a bloodbath that i want no part of.

I agree with you, they aren't going to change it unless she is doing something serious. Why would he want to ruffle things when they are going well?
That's frustrating. I wouldn't get involved either.

Their CO right now is absolute crap there is no set pick up and drop off, no set days nothing its so frustrating. DH is starting college on the 9th and working this needs to be set in stone so we can plan better instead of the whenever it benefits super skank to pass him off with maybe 6 hrs notification
