Thanksgiving with the brats

Anyone else celebrating thanksgiving with their stepkids? With covid I am curious as to what everyone's plans are.

Nope.  Unfortunately my son couldn't join us either since he has a very high exposure job and I'm high risk.

I did a "blended" Thanksgiving ONE time and it was a shit show.  I wasn't living with my boyfriend and his kids were all minors.  We planned to have him and his kids at my house with my son and 2 sets of grandparents (one set from his side, one from mine).  We planned this in advance and the fall down drunk BM had never done anything on thanksgiving before.  Well of course that year she decided they had to leave at noon to go have Thanksgiving with her sister and the kids had to go too.  We had to eat at 12 noon and she was in my driveway waiting to pick the kids up and they literally left at 12:10.  I said never again.  Indeed it never happened again.

Nope. Just me and DH. He's high risk so we just stayed home.

We haven't seen SS20 since February or so. Fine by me.
