What do all these acronyms mean..?

Im started to lose track, so if you can please list meanings for me,i would be very grateful 
I have the obvious ones, but are the others?
BM: Birth Mother
BF: Birth Father
SS: Step son
SD: Step Daughter

Yes - but sometimes BF is boyfriend. If there are others you don't know you might want to list them. Otherwise I (& others) don't know what to reply back ;).

Ha ha - that's a good one. Sometimes you'll also see "STB" DH (or SS, or SD), which is "soon to be" DH (or SS, or SD). Caregiver is right - the basic ones are listed in the FAQ. But there are a lot of them around. Most recently I noticed COD, which I figured out was "Children of Divorce". You may also see OP for "original poster" and CP for "custodial parent." Sometimes you have to just go by context.
