what does this mean? 'CS agreement has been satisfied'

I think BM recently had child support re-evaulated...her dad (no contact w/ her) received a letter, all he remembers it saying was that the child support agreement has been satisfied. googling the phrase I can't really figure out what it means. it may be a dumb question but oh well!

wish I could edit... reason we ask is she recently said DH is behind thousands of $$ and she went to the judge about it and is asking for incarnation...we never heard anything. we also recently got a letter saying cs could be re-evaulated if we chose to

I am not a lawyer, but have read quite a lot on this issue and it is my understanding that "has been satisfied" means that it is considered paid in full and thus no arrears, future CS, etc. is owed. You might want to check in one of the free online legal forums to make sure.
