Are there any new laws that have taken affect pertaining to joint custody or visitation? My husband and I are moving to the same state as his son so that he can be closer. They have joint custody, but not joint physical custody. Is there any advice as to how or what we need to do or have any new laws been passed that we need to be aware of?
